He is a certified accountant since 1987 and a certified auditor. He graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and once graduated he started working in various important professional firms in Milano.
In 1995 he found his own firm: Atzeni e associati that deals with the typical professional tasks and issues. The firm carries out its professional activity with national and international clients.
Already president and a member of the board od Statutory Auditors of important banking institutions and foundations, he is currently also member of the board of national and international companies in the field of energy, telecommunications, manufacturing and services. He has also worked as a liquidator.
He is a member of the “corporate control” commission of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Auditors in Milan, he is also the tax advisor for a major legal firm and president of the Board of Auditors of an industrial association linked to Confindustria (Italian employers’ federation).
Experienced in corporate and tax consulting, he assists corporations during M&A, Joint Ventures, liquidations and other extraordinary deals. Thanks to his training, background and experience his approach is crosscutting and interdisciplinary.
He has worked as an appointed technical consultant for the Public Prosecution in Lodi and for the Civil Court of Milan. He is still operating as technical consultant in the context of civil proceedings.
