Certified accountant and certified auditor, since 2006 he is a registered member of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Auditors in Milan.
He joined the multinational KPMG and had long career that brought him to be a manager. Thanks to this experience he now works as a self-employed professional for many important corporate and tax consultancy.
He is in charge of many Boards of Statutory Auditors and Boards of Directors in national and international groups. He also works as a liquidator in court procedures.
He is an expert in enterprises internationalization processes and he also is a member of the internationalization commission of this Association.
During his career he gained great expertise in, tax, corporate and administrative consultancy. On top of this he deals with investments, company and personal assets appraisal. He is also in charge of extraordinary operations such as: M&A, Joint Ventures , company set up, liquidations.
He has worked as an appointed technical consultant for the Public Prosecution in Milan and he is still operating as technical consultant in the context of civil proceedings .
