Certified accountant and certified auditor, since 2006 he is registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and Auditors in Milan. He graduated in Business Economics from the Università Cattolica in Milan.
He worked for many professional firms in Milan in the field of tax, corporate and administrative consultancy.
His area of expertise is corporate and tax consultancy. In this field he has gained solid and specific knowledge and expertise especially for direct and indirect taxation. He also deals with extraordinary operations such as M&A, Joint Ventures , company set up, liquidations .
He has been cooperating with the bankruptcy section of the Court of Milan and he is also an authorized expert in tax matters at this court.
He is also member of Boards of Statutory Auditors.
